Current Staff

For our current staff, you will have the opportunity to attend training on a wide range of relevant areas, from supporting people with autism, challenging behaviours, and learning disabilities to enable you to offer active support. There will also be opportunities to study vocational qualifications at all levels.

New Staff

Upon joining us, you will be expected to complete a formal introduction to work at inclusive plus support services to introduce you to life in IPSS and to ensure you have the support and training needed to be successful with us. If you are new in care, you will be completing a care certificate within your first 12 to 13 weeks with support from our training partners- aspire training associates.
